Free Listing & Buyer Representation Drawing Details

One free listing or buyer representation service will be awarded via random drawing for every 10,000 qualified individuals in our Sold4Free roster. One qualified individual per household.

Drawings are held during the first week of any month after the roster reaches the 10,000-participant threshold.

Awards continue monthly as long as the threshold is met; they pause when below and resume once exceeded again.
- Winners are selected from eligible and active participants in our roster whose property or purchase search is within the designated service area.

Winners have five (5) years from the date of selection to redeem the award or transfer it to an immediate family member residing in the eligible service area.

Real estate services must commence within that five-year period.

The award includes a waiver of either the listing commission or buyer broker commission, depending on the service the recipient chooses.
- Commission waivers are provided exclusively through participating Sold4Free licensed real estate agents or brokers. All other transaction-related costs (e.g., title, escrow, co-op agent commissions (if any), lender fees) remain the responsibility of the client.
Every 10th Closed Transaction Refund Offer

For every 10th paid transaction closed from a qualifying roster member working with a participating Sold4Free agent or broker, a full refund of either the listing-side or buyer-side broker commission will be awarded.

This refund is issued randomly within 60 days of the closing of the 10th qualifying transaction.

If multiple transactions close on the same day, the recorded timestamp with the appropriate county/city recorder’s office determines the order.

In the rare case of an identical timestamp, a neutral coin toss will be used to determine the recipient.

Refunds apply to either side of the commission (listing or buyer), depending on the nature of the closed transaction.

Refunds are paid directly to the qualifying participant, assuming full transaction compliance with Sold4Free terms.
Eligibility & Service Area
- Promotion is valid for properties or home searches located within a 60-mile radius of Portland, Oregon, including eligible counties in both Oregon and Washington.
- This area may change based on the availability of participating licensed agents or brokers.
- If a participant or property is currently outside the service area, participant will be notified and placed on our out of service area list. As service area expands, participant may be added to the qualified roster upon expansion of the area.
- Qualifying properties include residential properties only, up to $2 million dollar value, within eligible service area.
Void where prohibited. This promotion may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without obligation. Any material change will be communicated to all active roster participants.
